Register1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the jeta 5 platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing the relationship between jeta 5 and its users. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms supersede any prior oral or written agreements. Continued use of any service on the platform will be considered full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to individuals aged 18 or above. Minors are not permitted to use the jeta 5 platform, and it is the user's own responsibility to ensure compliance. Users residing in areas restricted under Bangladesh law are not eligible to use this service.
2. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on jeta 5, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted, and accounts are non-transferable.
Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to jeta 5 customer support immediately. jeta 5 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided during registration and may request additional documentation if needed. jeta 5 also reserves the right to close any account created using false information at any time. It is your responsibility to keep your phone number and email address active and up to date.
3. User Responsibilities
All users are expected to behave responsibly while using the jeta 5 platform. Fraud, cheating, hacking, or any attempt to harm other users is strictly prohibited. Before participating in betting or any gaming activity, consider your financial situation and never wager more than you can afford to lose. Using bots, automation tools, or attempting to manipulate jeta 5's software or systems in any unauthorized way is also strictly forbidden.
Every user is responsible for treating other users with respect. Deposits can be made using popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh, including bKash and Nagad. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though processing delays may occasionally occur due to banking issues.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the original deposit. jeta 5 reserves the right to suspend payment processing and request additional information for any suspicious or unusual transactions. Transactions linked to money laundering or any other illegal financial activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Betting and gaming activities on the jeta 5 platform carry financial risk, which users assume entirely on their own. jeta 5 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. While information displayed on the platform is provided with the highest degree of accuracy possible, jeta 5 does not accept responsibility for indirect losses arising from any errors. jeta 5 is not obligated to provide compensation for any disruptions caused by third-party services, payment gateways, or network issues.
Jeta 5's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the balance available in the user's account. 7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Jeta 5 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. Fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, and violations of the Terms & Conditions are the primary grounds for account termination. If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended during the course of an investigation. Any legitimate balance in the account will be protected during suspension, and the outcome of the investigation will be communicated accordingly.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any existing balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, except in cases where the account is closed due to a violation of the Terms & Conditions. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months), jeta 5 reserves the right to deduct an admin fee, the amount of which will be communicated separately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jeta 5 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, audio, and video elements — is protected under jeta 5's exclusive intellectual property rights. Users are not granted any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reuse this content. Any attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part or the entirety of the platform's software is strictly prohibited. jeta 5's trademarks and brand name may not be used without prior written permission.
Any content uploaded or submitted by a user on the platform will be considered to grant jeta 5 a limited license to use that content. Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited, and the user bears full responsibility for any such activity.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
The jeta 5 platform may at times make use of third-party services or technologies. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, which are beyond jeta 5's control.
